TESTIMONIALS

Look what our residents and their loved ones are saying about us!

Dear Karen, Gina, Laura and The Wonderful Staff of Sixth Floor.

Thank you so much for your kindness, care and companionship to my dad, Herby, during his time in Barnwell. It was easy to think that his quality of life passed when he had to move to Barnwell, but all my visits I saw that all you cared for him deeply and brought out the best in him that could be.

Thanks too for helping me to understand how to be with him the last two years. I learned how to just be with Dad rather than thinking to him. You helped me to transition to our new relationship an I am so appreciative.

I know at times Dad wasn't the easiest guy on the floor. However, you treated him respectfully and appreciated who he was as a person. One often hears negative stories about elder care, but thanks to you, you made Herby's last years as high quality as possible. I am so grateful to you all. All I can say is that I am sorry for your loss as well as ours.

Sincerely,
The family of Herbert, K.

My mother, Mildred Sodano, a resident at your facility, passed away at Community Hospital.
My brother, Carmine Sodano, and I would like to thank you for the care and concern you afforded her when she was a resident at the Barnwell. In particular, I would like to mention Mrs. Gallup, Barbara and Maggie (I believe they are aides). My mother spoke of them often as being so helpful and kind to her. I am sure there are others but know their last names so as to better identify them.  However, I am sure you know who they are.
I am returning her key with this letter.
Once again, thank you.

                                                           Very truly yours,
Catherine Link

I just wish to thank you for wonderful care my mother, Viola J,. Arns, received while resident of you facility,. Even though I was not near I always felt she was in good hands and everything was done to make her confortable and as happy as she could be. I never arrived to find my mother soiled or in ankept manner. She was always clean and properly dressed. My cousin who visited my mother on a weekly vesit also found this to be a fact.
Your workers are to be thanked for the manner they give their service. Your home is always clean to walk into without any of the odor so often associated with homes for elderly. The workers are always pleasant and helpful.
One again thank you for taking such good care of the person who was the most dear to me.

Sincerely,
Viola M. Horton

Both my wife, Charleen, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the courtesies both you and Carol Baum extended to us with regard to my Uncle Mario. It was indeed good to know that in a difficult time there were friends like you who would do all they could to help.
Again, I wish to thank you for your efforts and I look forward to meeting with you in the future under much more pleasant circumstances. In conclusion, if I or my firm can ever be assistance to you, please do not hesitate to conrtact us.

Very truly yours,
Gregory J. Naclerio
