Nurses coordinate the individualized care plans for our residents and are committed to ensuring physical and psychological wellness and maintaining optimum quality of life for each individual under their care. Nurses will assess each resident's medical needs upon admission and develop an individualized plan of care designed to help the individual achieve his/her goals for recovery. Barnwell believes family plays an important role in care planning for residents and we take pride in educating family members on the facets of their loved ones' care to ensure that the entire family is well-informed and empowered with knowledge throughout the recovery process.
